Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the webshop of BMP / Bikolo.
1. Definitions

Cooling-off period: The period during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal

Consumer: A natural person acting for purposes outside their trade or profession

Day: Calendar day

Entrepreneur: BMP / Bikolo

Distance contract: A contract concluded online without physical presence

Right of withdrawal: The consumer’s right to cancel the contract within the legal period

3. Applicability
These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and distance contracts between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Before placing an order, these Terms are made available electronically and can be saved on a durable data carrier.
If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully effective.
4. The Offer

All offers are non-binding and subject to change

Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible

Minor deviations in color or appearance do not entitle the consumer to compensation

Obvious mistakes or typographical errors are not binding
5. The Agreement
The agreement is concluded when the consumer places an order and receives confirmation by email.
The entrepreneur may refuse an order if there are justified reasons (e.g. stock availability or payment risk).
All agreements are subject to product availability.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right:

Notify us within 14 days of receipt

Return the product within 14 days after notification
Products must be returned:

Unused and undamaged
-
In original packaging
-
With all accessories included
7. Costs in Case of Withdrawal

Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer unless the return is due to our error

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the return

Refunds are made using the original payment method
If the product is damaged due to improper handling, depreciation may be deducted from the refund.
8. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalized products

Hygiene products if the seal is broken

Audio/video recordings or software with broken seals
-
Products that deteriorate quickly
This exclusion applies only if clearly stated before purchase.
9. Prices

All prices include VAT

Prices remain valid during the stated offer period

Shipping costs are shown separately

Price changes due to legal obligations (e.g. VAT changes) are permitted
Errors in pricing do not obligate delivery at the incorrect price.
10. Conformity & Warranty
Products must conform to the agreement and legal standards.
Any additional warranty does not affect statutory consumer rights.
Defects or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 4 weeks of delivery.
Warranty does not apply if:

The product has been misused or repaired by the consumer

Damage is caused by external factors
11. Delivery & Execution

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the consumer

Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed

If delivery is delayed or impossible, the consumer will be informed

If an order is canceled due to non-delivery, refunds are issued within 14 days
Risk of damage or loss transfers to the consumer upon delivery.
12. Subscription & Long-Term Contracts
Consumers may terminate ongoing agreements:

At any time with a maximum notice period of one month

Using the same method as the agreement was entered
Automatic renewal is only allowed where legally permitted and clearly stated.
13. Payment

Payments must be completed using the available payment methods

The consumer must provide accurate payment details
-
Late payments may incur reasonable collection costs
14. Complaints Procedure
Complaints should be submitted within 7 days of discovery via info@bikolo.nl.
We respond within 14 days.
Consumers may also submit complaints via the EU ODR platform:

15. Disputes & Applicable Law
These Terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
The Vienna Sales Convention (CISG) does not apply.
16. Additional or Deviating Provisions
Any additional agreements must not disadvantage the consumer and must be confirmed in writing or electronically.
