Return & Refund Policy (EU)
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
You then have an additional 14 days to return the product after informing us of your decision to withdraw.

Our Extended Return Policy
In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
Returns must be requested by email before sending the product back.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Conditions for Returns
Returned items must be:

Unwashed and unworn

In the original packaging

In resaleable condition
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility -
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
We will provide a free return shipping label
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item
If return shipping costs apply, these will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon delivery.

Claims without packaging evidence may not be accepted.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
