Order Confirmation & Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive:

An order confirmation and invoice by email

A shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched
Tracking updates may also be sent by email.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed during weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day

No rights can be derived from indicative shipping rates.
Address Responsibility
The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

Delivery & Receipt of Goods

If delivery attempts fail and the package is sent to a pickup point, the customer must collect it on time

Customers must regularly check the Track & Trace status
If a package is not collected in time and is returned to Bikolo:

The customer may collect it from us or

Request reshipment at the customer’s expense
Liability & Risk Transfer (EU Law)
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer only after successful delivery to the customer or an authorized recipient, in accordance with EU consumer law.
