Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Bikolo.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive:

  • An order confirmation and invoice by email

  • A shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched

Tracking updates may also be sent by email.
Please add info@bikolo.nl to your address book and check your spam folder if needed.


Order Processing Time

  • Order handling time: 1–2 business days

  • Orders are processed on business days only

  • Orders placed during weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day


Shipping & Delivery Times

Netherlands

  • Transit time: 1–2 business days after dispatch

  • Orders placed on weekends are usually delivered on Tuesday

Europe & International

  • Transit time: 1–9 business days after dispatch

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination country

Please note that delivery times are indicative, not guaranteed.


Out-of-Stock & Exceptional Delivery Times

If an item is out of stock or has an exceptional delivery time:

  • You will be notified by email

  • The item may be reordered

  • Shipment may be delayed until the order is complete

If you have a deadline or urgent order, please contact us before placing your order at info@bikolo.nl.


Shipping Methods

Bikolo works with various reliable delivery partners.

Available options may include:

  • Home delivery (Track & Trace)

  • Pickup point delivery (DHL / PostNL)

If you choose a pickup point:

  • The nearest pickup location will be selected automatically

  • Pickup details will be shared via the tracking email

  • You are responsible for collecting the package within the carrier’s pickup period


Shipping Costs

Netherlands and Belgium

  • Free shipping

Europe & International

International shipping costs may vary based on destination and carrier.
No rights can be derived from indicative shipping rates.


Address Responsibility

The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

Please carefully check:

  • Product details

  • Quantity and size

  • Shipping address

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Additional shipping costs

  • Return costs

  • Or loss of the package

will be charged to the customer.


Delivery & Receipt of Goods

  • The customer is responsible for being available to receive the delivery

  • If delivery attempts fail and the package is sent to a pickup point, the customer must collect it on time

  • Customers must regularly check the Track & Trace status

If a package is not collected in time and is returned to Bikolo:

  • The customer may collect it from us or

  • Request reshipment at the customer’s expense


Liability & Risk Transfer (EU Law)

The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer only after successful delivery to the customer or an authorized recipient, in accordance with EU consumer law.
